I bought a bridesmaid dress there a few years ago. I was unhappy with the customer service. My friend bought her wedding dress there and she had no issues but I wouldn't go back to them, just from my personal experience. Hope this helps.
I'm interested to hear more. I actually won a 'free dress' at a showcase from them and have been hesitant to go since the reviews online are so so terrible.

I went there a couple times looking and I didnt have any issues. I didnt end up purchasing from them, but only because I got such a great deal at another salon. Ive heard some iffy things about their alterations, but if your just going to purchase and do alterations elsewhere, I dont see it being an issue...
I've ordered bridesmaid dresses from there before. They were not the most helpful but they had the best selection. All of the girls in the bridal party's dresses came in on time and in the right size. No one had their alterations there but it was not an overall bad experience.
So I won a 'free' dress too. The deal is this: they take you to this alterations building where they have all these 'as is' dresses. You can get one of those but they HAVE to do the alterations and it will cost 300. and you are responsible for cleaning it. If you do not choose one of those dresses you can order a dress in the store at 300.00 off the retail price.

Thanks for the info! If you order the dress from the store @ $300 off, and not the 'free dress,' do you know if you'd still have to have it altered there?

I bought my dress there and everybody was VERY nice. We did have a problem with my dress when it came in but they were vice and handled it well. Everything is good now. And my bridesmaids just ordered their dresses last week from there too. Prob will do the guys tuxes there too. If you have ANY questions, feel free to PM me :) good luck on your hunt!!!
