yes, that's what I mean. I was thinking about looking into them for limo's, dj and invites. I already have photo and video.

I went to look at Wedding World in Commack and I absolutely hated it. I thought that I would get a better price by getting all of my services from one place, but that wasn't the case. The quote that they gave me was about the same (maybe a little more) than what I was getting separately. Plus, I thought that the quality of their work was very low. When they showed us the sample video I thought that it was a joke, it was so bad.

I actually booked my photography package from Queens Bridal Center. I didn't inquire about the limo, dj, or invites. Sorry I can't help more.

I have my photography, videography, DJ, invitations, limo and florist through the Wedding Center in Commack. We love it so far. The invitations are wonderful! If you're looking for a place to kiss your a$$ when you go in and offer you champagne and strawberrys, then they aren't your place.
If you're looking for a place that will get the job done, look there. Look up reviews. They were recommended to me by many brides. The only thing I was told to look out for was alterations on dresses. Not so good on those.

I would book seperately. My sister had a problem (years ago, w/ Medford Wedding Center) and they closed down w/ no album, no video..nothing but $5K later and she had flowers. Then I figured hey maybe it was just her luck, so we tried Commack Wedding Ctr, god, they are horrible in the dress department and all EVERYONE was doing is complaining about how the place was horrible & they wished they never used them.
The way I figured it, my day is supposed to be special...why take the chance.

I booked my photos/video with Ariana Studios(The Wedding Plaza)... great reviews and reasonable prices.. I will be using their limos and florist. As for DJ check out Vinny with High Voltage. Send me forum mail if you want more info. Good luck.

I used queens bridal center for my photo and video.
The photographer tried to leave one hour before the end of the reception and failed to take all of the pictures we requested (simple requests -- take a picure of every table, take a picture of each member of the BP and their SO).
The video guy allowed the camera to drop in the middle of our ring exchange, so there's a few seconds of aisle runner in the video during one of the most important moments of our wedding. The video guy also neglected to interview my parents, my 80-year-old uncle who was sitting next to my parents and the best man.
There are many, many more problems with the video, but I'll keep it to the short list for now.

Both Wedding WOrld and Wedding Center were recommended to me when I was first engaged. Go and see if you like it. (I'm obviously not going since I'm 7 weeks away from my wedding.)

Nope you got it- Ur right- We didnt use the dj just limos and tuxes

ok now that we're all clear on that. It's nice there, it's family owned & operated... The owners daughter & son in Law work, there... that was just too cute , and I got the feeling that they really cared about our desires (not the profit they will get from us).
She sat w/ us for an hour going through all the books for the e-party invites then e-mailed me the ones we liked, so we can show them to FILs ....
