- Confirm ceremony rehearsal

- Book honeymoon excursions

JULY
- Go pick out tuxes (7/2)
- Get groomsmen, dads, grandpas, Jason to order tuxes (by 7/31)

- Selection of first dance song
- Selection of parent dances
- Select entrance songs for BP, parents and us
- Start teeth whitening
- Schedule gown fittings (August/September)

- Purchase stamps/personalized stamps (by 7/15)

AUGUST
- Schedule an “In Take” session with Father James
- Send out/hand cancel invitations in first week of August (8/1)
- Make sure bridesmaids schedule fittings for August/September/October
- Plan ceremony at church (readings, songs, etc.)
- Purchase undergarments
- Book rehearsal dinner site
- Attend Shower?
- Prepare OOT welcome bags
- Select and order wedding cake
- Pick menu with CHCC. Get copies of CHCC menus and personalize.
- Meet with the officiant and music coordinator
- Affidavits of Freedom signed and given to priest
- Determine Readings for ceremony
- Determine music for ceremony
- Florist - bring in photos of what I want and drop off extra dress material and trim for bo-k wraps
- Set up table at home how you want it to be replicated at the RH and take photos
- Gown Fitting (end of month)

SEPTEMBER
- Acquire Memory Candle / Unity Candle
- Fill out travel documents for cruise
- Finalize excursions for cruise
- Buy and wrap parent gifts
- Wrap bridal party gifts
- Make out of town gift bags
- Start inquiring into grooms cake and order grooms cake for rehearsal
- Buy Jason wedding present
- Start seating arrangements
- Obtain Marriage License (Link for all info)
- Break in wedding day shoes
- Send out Shower thank you cards
- Print directions from the Ceremony Site (ex: Church) to the RH for guests to take
- Make petal cones and give to florist
- Tanning salon
- Make up signature drink and name
- Choose tablecloth colors
- Order chair covers
- Make copies of contracts, seating chart for RH, guest list, vendor information, BP information for DOC
- End of month - Finalize wedding day timeline and send to ALL vendors
- Gown fitting (middle of month)
- Record/Make/Wrap favors
- RSVPs due September 23rd! Call all guests who have not responded by then

OCTOBER
- Meet with officiant to finalize ceremony details
- Final fitting (10/1?)
- Get hair cut (10/15)
- Pick up dress (10/8)
- Order Escort Cards as soon as all RSVPs are in
- Send out RD invites early in the month
- Finalize DOC list for day of
- Finalize must take photo list
- Finalize song list
- Make sure BMs pick up gowns (10/5)
- Give Bridal Party their thank you gifts at rehearsal dinner
- Give parents thank you gifts at rehearsal dinner
- Make and print programs for wedding (by 10/10)
- Pack for honeymoon
- Give final count to CHCC two weeks before wedding
- Finalize list of tips
- Get money for tips
- Rehearsal 10/28
- Tanning
- Finalize seating arrangements – post it notes for people!
- NAIR night before rehearsal (10/27)
- Waxing two nights before rehearsal (10/26)
- Schedule Nail appointment for day before wedding (11/3)
- Attend Bachelorette party
- E-mail and print directions for drivers of transport vehicles
- Submit a newspaper wedding announcement
- Pick up wedding gown
- Bring hat from bridal shower to rehearsal
- Confirm Honeymoon reservations
- Bring Marriage License to Rehearsal
- Two Weeks before: confirm all final payments, schedule, pick up times, head count, with vendors
- Order bagels/sandwiches for groom and groomsmen and bridesmaids for day of (end of month)
- AT REHEARSAL: Delegate small wedding-day tasks. Choose someone to bustle your dress, someone to carry your things, someone to be in charge of gifts (especially the enveloped sort)
- Assign someone to hand out programs at ceremony


NOVEMBER
- Final headcount due 11/2 to Sharon/Mait’r D
- 11/2 - Pack up and drop off all things needed for ceremony/reception
- Place tips for each vendor in tip envelopes
- Take money out of bank for rest of payments
- Wrap B-pic book and give to Jason night of wedding
- Prepare day-of emergency kit
- 11/3 – Flowers by Brian to view centerpiece and final payment
- 11/3 Manicure/Pedicure/Massage
- Last minute packing for honeymoon
- Make sure you have something old, new, blue, etc
- Bring marriage license and stamped address envelope to ceremony for officiant to sign
- Have empty boxes ready and labeled for items needed to be taken by mom home from reception
- Confirm time with mom to travel to honeymoon
- Arrange transportation back from the airport after HM
