I feel like I am hitting a wall on ideas here.

I am not being completely thrilled by the prospect of any color combo with Wine.

I decided on Wine for my BM dresses. So far, it has not been easy to come up with a color theme based on Wine.

My wedding is in November- I am trying to keep the theme warm and rich without being too springish or summery.

Any ideas?

it's not warm and rich, but my sorority colors are 'wine and silver blue'

what about wine with gold/champagne/orange tones?

totally agree with gold. gold and wine are warm beautiful colors and very fall-like

I think I like the wine and gold possibly. Thanks! I didnt even think of that combo.

Ivory, cream, champange will look great with wine. also gray and orange will look nice for fall

i have to agree with the gold....and then that leaves you open to do so much with flowers and other things...

And burnt orange and dark greens might also look great. There's a lot you can do with wine and you don't just have to stick with 2 colors! I've seen sooo many photos but haven't saved any of them since I'm in the spring. Let me look around!

Wine and gold would be amazing together IMO.

My suggestion would be either burnt orange or mustard color.

I would definitely agree that champagne or gold would work great with wine.

I used burgundy/wine and jade/sage.
I made jade earrings and bracelets for the BM's and replaced the brooch that came with the dress with a flat jade piece that I got at a gem and mineral show.
