I am having the worst time coming up with the vision for our wedding - specifically theme and colors. I know we dont really need a theme but I am all over the place with the colors...im all over the blogs, martha stewart, the knot, etc trying to figure out what I like but I like SO MANY THINGS!!
I'm getting frustrated....i think i like deep purple but with what?
purple and blue purple and orange purple and gold purple orange and gold....AHHH!!

Well I found my bm dress which was blue and then I thought orange would look very summery and cute with it. Plus they are our college's colors! I love the idea of purple, gold and a rusty orange for fall, very regal.

purple and gold are nice, honestly this sounds weird but this disney porcelin figure of belle is what inspired my colors, goldish yellow and rosish pink

FH wanted t wear his awmy dress blues so we kinda picked a color that went with them the guys that aren't military will be in navy blue suits the GM that are military will be in their dress blues. we went through 3 or 4 colors before we decided on navy and champagne.

I'm using dark purple too. For accents I'm probably using ivory and maybe some fuschia, I'm going back and forth between that or using blues/indigo.

I had a really hard time b/c nothing I picked could match well with the flowers that I wanted. So I picked my fav color and I'm doing all white flowers.
I vote for purple and orange. I LOVE that color combo!!!!!

i was at a place getting invites for my sisters shower and saw a really pretty invite with chocolate brown and a mint green, and FH knows i LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream, so we've always referred to our wedding as having mcc ice cream and we both LOVED the brown, green, and ivory together. so that's what it is
i LOVE purples and a 'fall' type orange love it!

i literally just picked my favorite color...navy blue....then added ivory and gold because those are the colors of my gown

I love light blue, he loves silver/gray. So, the BM dresses are light blue, and the tux vests etc. are gray.

i saw this pic, which i can no longer find, of this super green, tall grass (like beach grass) with bright yellow wild flowers. i fell in love with the contrast. i was always set on yellow, but i switched from yellow dresses (which are hard to pull off without a specific complexion) to yellow flowers when i saw that photo.

i was inspired by all things nautical...we love to go on the boat, and its summer....sooo navy (my abs FAVE color) and yellow won.
