Judith Garner- LP used her as well. She is really supportive- emails me constantly asking if I need anything. She is very affordable to for a DOC.

I have my first meeting with a DOC on Saturday. She told me to bring a list of everything that I would want her to do on my day.

Does anyone have a list of questions to ask or what did you have your DOC responsible for on that day?
