girls using one, how much contact do you have with your wedding coordinator? Do you feel he/she has helped you a lot up to this pt in the process? or do they go MIA until it gets much closer to the day of?? I feel alone in this, even though we contracted this service...is it me?

My DOC has been so proactive in contacting me and keeping in touch and informed. They helped me find and book my hotel block, find my shoes, and have been so reassuring and supportive the entire way. We communicate via email. I've even had them contact me just to let me know that one of them is out of town, so the other one wanted to touch base to see if there's anything she can help with. It sucks that you haven't been having a positive experience with your DOC, they should be making it LESS stressful for you, not more!

I have a DOC which includes unlimited contact via email up until the wedding. I honestly haven't used her too much yet though but she's checked in with me a few times to see how I was coming along.
