What is the norm to spend on weddings? My hall alone is over 30K for 400 people. I just want to make sure i'm not over paying.

It actually matters on the place, time, date, etc...
But that sounds like a good deal to me!!! (around $75.00 a head?)
I'm getting married on a Sat. night...the cheapest place we looked at for 300 people was around $100.00 a head.

You have 300 guests? Is that invited or what you need to guarentee? When you are having that you also have an added expense of a lot centerpieces, favors etc....

exactly!!! I will be having around 35 tables...which means 35 centerpieces I wonder if some places will give discounts due to the large amount I would need.
