Well I wanted to do the whole fall theme and wanted to do October 30th(and we wanted a Friday night). But then the FH said to do it on the 16th, because our Birthdays are both in the Month of August. 8 and 8 is 16, and I'm the 4th and he's the 12th again 16.....so it's faith!!!!

We wanted a Sunday evening wedding and warm weather but not too hot. We figured it had to be Labor Day weekend or Memorial Day weekend so that most people would have off the Monday after.

We picked June 5th because that will be our 6 year anniversary!

we picked July 2, because its a thursday and the day before a holiday, that way our guests only have to take one day off of work, and we also saved a lot of money that way

I'm a teacher but I picked end of September because the end of the summer / beginning of fall is our favorite time of year.

It'll suck not to go on our HM right away but the weather will be perrrrfect

I wanted Sept '08 but couldn't find a place with a Saturday opened that I liked.
But I didn't want it to be cold outside, we have so many people traveling I wanted them to enjoy the beach without being too crowded so I went for the week before Memorial Day. Here's hoping for good weather!!!!

We really wanted to do our anniversary so it's easier for FH to remember but we were having a hard time finding a nice hall. We almost booked with one but they treated us really awful so after that, we had to spend about another month looking. We found one that we loved but it was slightly out of our price range during the summer months so we asked which other dates were available that worked for our budget.
