I will only be having a few drinks at the reception. It doesn't take much for me and I don't want to be falling down drunk!

a guy at my job gave me the best advice to tell all the grooms: drink enough to have fun with all your buddies but don't drink so much you don't remember the night

prob something b4 i walk down the aisle..id like to be able to drink during the reception but my ditzy self will prob spill it all over my gown ( clear drinks anyone?) During the afterparty tho....oh it will be on!

glad someone asked I am soooo nervous of getting too drunk.
It doesnt take me much at all! Sometimes I dont pay attention to how much I am drinking.
I would never not remember what happeneds I would def get way sick before that. And I always get sick!

It never even occured to me to have a drink before the ceremony. Now that I now it's ok I think I might. At the reception I'll be drinking wine, with a glass of water in between whatever glasses I have..

I plan on enjoying my champagne and our signature wedding cocktail....but my FH and I promised we would not get drunk so that we could really enjoy every minute of it :)

I will definitely need a shot or two before i walk down the aisle. And during the reception i will be doing some drinking-i will have to in order to be social with FH's friends that i've never met , i will save getting drunk for the after party

I have strict rules... me, my fh, or the wedding party is allowed to drink any type of alcohol before the ceremony.... i dont want to smell alcohol on FH's breathe when he says his vows..
also, one of the groomsmen doesnt know how to control his drinking and i dont want him stumbling at the alter
fh and i will not get getting drunk at the reception..a few is ok..

I def plan on drinking at the reception but hopefully I don't go crazy. Whatever I drink, it will be colorless bc I can be a complete slob and not even realize it!

omg if i am buzzed before walking down the aisle i'm def gonna trip and make a fool out of myself.
I don't plan on drinking that much. Champagne toast, maybe a shot with the bridal party and i think thats it lol

I can hold a good amount of the drink (tequila that is).........HOWEVER, I'm going to be careful with the Patrone that day. I don't want to end up a druken fool. Someday our kids ( when we have them) will be looking at the video & pix. Also my FH loves the tequila too, if he sees me doing it up I know it will egg him on. If he sees me going down the careful road I know he'll follow.
