How much drinking do you plan to do on your wedding day? I know I need to get a good buzz going before walking down the aisle but scared of drinking too much to where I can't remember the day!

i may need a shot or two to get down the aisle in one piece but i probably will hardly drink during the reception. i dont want to be tipsy/sick or miss anything.
at my e-party i hardly drank cuz i was all over the place..i can imagine what it will be like at the wedding

I hope I can draw the line! I am sure I will be so stressed and really want to party with my friends and FH...I am not afraid of forgetting the day just looking like an idiot or puking on myself

Re: Wedding day drinking
I will have a shot or so with my BMs prior to the ceremony. Isn't it a tradition?
Then I will have 'enough' to make me feel relaxed at the reception. I will be dancing, so it will be hard to get drunk.

Re: Wedding day drinking
I LOVE TO DRINK. i know i sound like an alcholic. But I dont plan on drinking at all during the reception, other than a glass or two of champagne. I want to remember every single moment an def. dont want to be a drunk bride.
I'll prob. drink during the afterparty.

My limit for the day is going to be two drinks and one glass of champagne. I'll saving my real drinking for the after party! Plus I want to remember as much about that day as I can.

Re: Wedding day drinking
I wont be able to drink before I walk down the aisle since no alchy according to the contracts I have with the chruch can be served before in the limo or until after we leave the chruch grounds.
Other then that I will have a few drinks but I will probably be all over the place ill be lucky to drink a complete drink.
