Wedding day gift for FH

Will anyone or has anyone thought of exchanging gifts with your FH on the day of the wedding. If so what are you planning to get?

We are not. Our gifts to each other are our wedding rings. If we had more $$$ we might do gifts. I think we are planning on cards, and I might like flowers, but thats it.

I am giving him the cufflinks my Dad wore the day he married my mother... he has no idea yet about this.

I know he is composing a song for me. He thinks he's being slick about this

We've discussed getting him TiVo as his birthday is 3 days after the wedding. I'd get the lifetime package.

I got DH a watch b/c our wedding day was his b-day, so it was technically a b-day gift.

When his BIL dropped off his sister where I was getting ready, I gave it to him to give to DH.

He was suprised I think

I wanted to get him a Tag since he always drools over them when we go to Fortunoff's, but he said he wants a laptop - how romantic...not!

Since FH is footing the bill for some of the wedding (and putting up with me and my decisions) I want to get him a Mini-Mac that he's been oogling over. He's been really great and letting me run with the wedding and do what I want. I think he'd be SUPER surprised!

We didn't because we paid for absolutely everything ourselves for the wedding. So we decided that our fabulous honeymoon was our gift to each other.

Being that we are getting married on our 10 year anniversary, I am making him a scrapbook of us through the years...Hopefully he'll like it. He keeps asking me to make him one but I keep trying to blow it off, so he can hopefully be surprised.

thanks for all the ideas. I want to get him a nice watch, it is also his b-day the day after our wedding so i want to do something extra special. keep the ideas coming.

I also want to get him a nice wathc, but think I will do cuff links...and an OK watch. All I could afford, plus he's getting ME!
