my MUA told me that hair should be done first so that hairspray residue does not ruin your makeup. HTH

there have been many different opinions on here... but i met with both my hair and makeup people and they both agreed that hair gets done first so thats my plan

I am actually doing makeup first...my hair does not hold curls so I need to do my hair as last minute as possible
