Wedding Day Shave

I need some guys advice please...
Anybody have some good suggestions on local Nassau places that do a good old fashioned shave?
My future husband would like to try it on the wedding day but I'm thinking you don't want to go to any old barber for this...
Anybody been to one that they can suggest?

there is this old fashioned barber shop called Ideal's. it's on union turnpike in floral park. i used to get shaves there all the time before i moved to suffolk. there are about 8 old italian men there and they give the full treatment and a great shave......

p.s. i wouldn't wait until the actual day of the wedding to try this, just in case his skin gets irritated. try going once about a week before the wedding just in case and then if he likes it he can go back the day of your wedding......good luck
