wedding diet - Long Island Weddings

Weight loss pills are definitely no good for you. I would just try to make smarter choices during your day. If you drive to the train station, park your car further so there is more walking. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Make better food choices while at work. Make a nice shake in the early morning when you wake up so you are giving your body a healthy breakfast. Try to walk around your office, do more standing then sitting and just try to get exercise in while at work.

I have almost the same work schedule as you. I wake up 415 to take the train to begin working at 630am. I dont leave until 530 and get home at 7. Sooo tired! But I joined a gym right between the train station and my house so I pass by everyday and that reminds me at I have to go and I actually go 2 times during the week and once during the weekend. I take the classes at the gym which I really like almost like having a personal trainer. After the gym I feel great physically and mentally and I go to sleep like a baby lol! I have also changed my diet which is helping too I make breakfast and lunch everyday try to eat as healthy as I can. Just get motivation, mine are definitely the wedding and the honeymoon coming soon!! Good luck!!

my problem is too I don't want to work out where there are men trying to bulk up! lol I loved Lucille Roberts! but they close at 6 or 7! I can't think of any other gym I pass either...I go from farmingdale to Massapequa train station......

I wonder how curves is....

In Farmingdale alone there is Retro Fitness on 109, Planet Fitness, Synergy on conklin. There is also the one on carmans road in the Pathmark shopping center. Also Lucille Roberts can be on the way home if you take sunrise highway.

You can find time, and you will find that you have more energy when you work out than when you don't. Even if you just go for a half hour and walk on the treadmill it's better than nothing.

Lucille Roberts isn't open by the time I get off work. and I don't pass any of those on my way home to force me too go, u know what I mean

has anyone used those weight lose pills? ei; slim quick, hydroxicut?

here's my long story short!
I get up at 445 get showered and ready for work leave at 600 catch a train get to work at 730 supposed to work till 5 catch a train home get in at 7 but allot going on and overtime pay is worth it so I've been staying till 545 or even 615 which means I don't get home till 8ish
I literally get home eat dinner, lay out next days cloths, watch tv in bed till I. fall a sleep ! I try to be in bed by 9! sleep between 930 & 10 the latest! 445am is hard to get up to! so I literally have no time to work out! I'll try to do a few crunches here and then when I have the energy! but I need something more and idk what else to do!

sorry that wasn't very short! lol. TIA for your help ladies!

I have a pedometer called the Jawbone Up that is suppose to be really good. It helps track your calories, your sleep, steps and exercise. If you want I will sell you mine cheaper then what you can get it for bc I have only used it for like a week and keep for getting to charge it. Its a size small.

https://jawbone.com/up

I may be interested if it's that I think it is, but I gotta check that site I'll fm u if I am!

None of them are regulated by the FDA and are considered supliments and can have very scary side effects.

I hope you don't get offended by this, because that is not my intention, but it seems that you are making excuses and looking for a quick fix with a pill. That doesn't exist.

The only way you will lose and maintain weight is to eat right and exercise. You say you are already eating right,, so Maybe you can get some workout dvd's for your house if you don't want to go to a gym. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is very popular and everyone that I know that tried it had great results.

lol not offended at ALL! Im not mad! its the truth, I have a ton of 'excuses' bc I'm so tired after 11 hrs of work an hour to an hr amd half commute home dk where to not have an excuse lol I know what I SHOULD OR NEED to do but idk how to make time and energy for it, so I was hoping for a easy solution. your right it didn't work like that! who ever said it they are right....if I really want to lose weight I'll make the time.... so I guess I'll just have to modivate my self!
