Weight loss pills are not good for you, especially for your heart. You should join weight watchers online. You can use their app on your smart phone and pack healthy snacks in a little insulated lunch back with an ice pack to keep you satisfied all day.

I feel as though weight loss pills don't do much- if you're popping a pill and eating like crap, it's not going to change very much. I feel like I've tried everything in the book and none of it has worked. Back in Feb I took a chance on my friend who introduced me to a Nutritional Cleansing Program and it has been FANTASTIC! I have 2 shakes a day, plus a balanced nutritious meal for dinner... there are 4 deep cleanse days within the month that rid my body of the disgusting toxins that have taken over. I must say, my energy has increased, I am able to work out, and get through my insanely long days at work and I dont even need coffee!!! In my first month on the program I lost 12 pounds- with very very minimal exercise. It has changed my way of looking at food- I don't feel like I'm on a 'diet'... it is my new way of life and I absolutely LOVE it! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to make a change :) FM me if you'd like more info! :)

Yeah, don't do weight loss pills. Can you go to the gym on lunch break? I agree you should try WW or just make changes in your diet. Try to cut out processed foods and things with artificial sweeteners (read the ingredients and try not to eat things that are full of chemicals you can't pronounce). Diet and exercise can work on their own, but you'll see the best results if you do both. Good luck!

I basically do weight watcher already so it's a waste for me to spend the money. I eat 6 small meals a day and count calories. but that's not enough! I know I need to work out but time is not on my side!

Totally understand your concerns and why you might feel this way (not offended at all). There are so many products offered by the company that you don't have to do shakes for the rest of eternity, they give you so many options that can fit your lifestyle best. I started out doing 2 shakes and a meal with my deep cleansing for the first two months, but wanted to enjoy my 25 pound weight loss this summer so I chose to do one shake for breakfast and a balanced meal for lunch and dinner. I was able to maintain the weight that I lost and still enjoyed my summer. Since then, I have tried the soups and protein bars that the program has offered to me as well. It has taught me a lot about food and how to feed myself healthy proper nutrition. If I considered it a 'diet' then I would have gained all the weight back when I went back to eating like crap. I was taught how NOT to eat like crap instead and how to treat my body and feed it the fuel it needs. The program as given me so much more than weight loss, and that is why I feel so strongly about it NOT being a diet. Just some food for thought :)

Counting calories isn't enough. You have to consider fat, carbs, and protein and make sure you are getting the proper balance of the three (that's how Weight Watchers calculates how many points a meal has). Diet soda is 0 calories, but that's horrible for you, right? I did WW a few years back and lost 10 pounds in a month and I was amazed by how many points a seemingly harmless food could have. A healthy weight takes a proper diet AND exericse, and it's a lifestyle change that you have to be willing to make time and effort to make happen. It's not easy!Alternately, it's possible that your body is at the weight it's supposed to be at and you don't necessarily need to lose any more!

I totally get you. I have a long commute and don't get home until late. The first thing I want to do is eat dinner then watch TV before bed.I think that you know your problem is that you have to exercise since you've reached a plateau with your dieting. I see your wedding date is still quite far away. I highly suggest getting a trainer at a gym. It was really the only way that I was able to go to the gym every week consistantly. Sometimes I wouldn't get home until after 9, but I felt differently physically and mentally which made me so happy. Maybe when you get closer to your wedding day you could look into finding a trainer or joining a gym that offers classes. If you really want to get in shape you will find the time to do so. Good luck

Diet pills are WAY bad for you and can have very dangerous interactions with many common medications including OTC allergy meds, cough syrups and migraine meds
Why not get a pedometer and see if you can take 10,000 steps a day, park a little further away from train station, take a flight or two of stairs, walk to co-workers desk instead of email, little things add up fast.

I have a pedometer called the Jawbone Up that is suppose to be really good. It helps track your calories, your sleep, steps and exercise. If you want I will sell you mine cheaper then what you can get it for bc I have only used it for like a week and keep for getting to charge it. Its a size small.

I have almost the same work schedule as you. I wake up 415 to take the train to begin working at 630am. I dont leave until 530 and get home at 7. Sooo tired! But I joined a gym right between the train station and my house so I pass by everyday and that reminds me at I have to go and I actually go 2 times during the week and once during the weekend. I take the classes at the gym which I really like almost like having a personal trainer. After the gym I feel great physically and mentally and I go to sleep like a baby lol! I have also changed my diet which is helping too I make breakfast and lunch everyday try to eat as healthy as I can. Just get motivation, mine are definitely the wedding and the honeymoon coming soon!! Good luck!!

i've used some, but they don't work if you don't work out with them... I've done oxyelite pro and it worked really well, but it's meant to burn extra calories when you're at the gym. If you don't work out with that pill though, you won't really burn anything extra.

In Farmingdale alone there is Retro Fitness on 109, Planet Fitness, Synergy on conklin. There is also the one on carmans road in the Pathmark shopping center. Also Lucille Roberts can be on the way home if you take sunrise highway.
You can find time, and you will find that you have more energy when you work out than when you don't. Even if you just go for a half hour and walk on the treadmill it's better than nothing.
