i have 3-4 dresses that I am considering. I found a dress, and I love it, but it does not feel like a wedding dress

They are all beautiful I like #3 the best.
My opinion though is which ever you love get it dont worry if it is differernt.
if you have a body that can pull off the last one, go for it. someone else on the site is getting this dress I thinnk.

I like 3 & 4 also. All I can say is try them on. I tried on about 10 dresses all from pics I pulled aout of magazines and online, I loved all of them. Only one of them looked amazing and that is the one I ordered.

I agree that if you love the last dress, get it. It definitely looks like a wedding gown, with it being white and having a train and all!
And if you have a veil and the right necklace (and the body for it) I am sure it would be stunning. My only concern would be if you feel uncomfortable in a church in it or something like that. I'm sure getting you MOH opinion will help too. Let us know what you decide.

A friend of ours wore a dress like this for her wedding and it looked fabulous.
best bet is to try them all on!! I marked 50++ dresses & the dress I chose was NOTHING like the ones I marked in magazines.

The dress you love was my dress!! Check your forum mail. Don't worry about your figure, I'm overweight and it still was very flattering! Plus, you can't beat the price!!
Edited to say I wish I had the figure of the model though! She stole my body, and look what she left me with!!! LOL
thank you for the support. I have time since the wedding is not until sept 04. wedding is at sunset harbour so I am not looking for a long formal dress.
I also want to take pictures at the beach, what does everyone think of Corey Beach in Patchogue, is it good for wedding shots. I am trying to stay around the patchogue area.

I thibnk the dressthat you like is beautiful. If you get the right veil, it can work. GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I like #4 and the Christina Wu dress you later posted. Also, I think the dress you love does look like a wedding dress and a beautiful one. Granted, it is not the traditional poof but it still looks like an elegant wedding dress. Once you put a veil and bouquet with it I think you will see that it is not so untraditional. Good luck.
