How much do you have budgeted for your wedding dress? My Mom is paying for mine...but the one dress I have seen online that I love is $3500. Not sure she is going to pay that much!

my mom is paying for mine as well and she didn't give me a budget, but i am going to try to keep it at 2k or less. I can't see spending much more than that on a dress for one day. I know its my wedding gown and I want it to be beautiful, but I have seen gorgeous dresses for $1500 to $2,000ish so I think its def doable.

my parents are paying so they said no more than 3,000 but the dresses i've been looking at are all 700-1500 dollars so i'm not gonna make them go broke lol

i had budgeted myself at around $3500, but that was kinda unrealistic for the type of dress i wanted..... lets just say i went over budget

my budget was $1500, but i ended up only paying $905 for a $1200 dress, $200 veil, $40 bra, and a under skirt thing for i forget how much all for...
$905!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a $4000 budget for everything (shoes, dress, undies, bag), but I got my Dress for 2600 and will spend under $500 for the remainder.

If it is in your/your parents budget and you love it I say go for it. You will never have a chance to wear an amazing gown like it again.

My sister stayed under $2,000 for everything...so imagine they may keep me to the same budget. I need to actually go looking. I havent even stepped into a bridal store...I just saw this dress online. It might look like Sh*t on me : )

i was seriously OBSESSED with this one dress online, and i finally went to try it on, and it was just plain nasty on me!

FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves so I am also hoping to get lucky there. My main wedding color is tiffany blue so I am going to get me and my MOH tiffany blue shirts so we can see eachother in the crowd. I am a little scared of getting trampled but my MOH is tough!

my mom is paying for my dress, and she told me i have a $2500 budget for dress, shoes, veil, alterations. i'm hoping i can keep it under that....she said any reminder of the $2500, i can use towards something else. realistically, i don't want to spend thousands on a dress that i am only going to wear once
