SO horror story about my wedding dress. I went in November to purchase my wedding dress. Told the consultant what I was looking for. Found the perfect dress got it in and its the wrong style for my body type and not what I was told by the consultant. I couldn't try it on in store because I am a plus size bride and the dress was a 12. I specifically said no fitted dresses because I am shaped all funny. Long story short ended up going to DB and found another dress. I really don't want to let this dress go to waste it is a beautiful dress and really the one I'd love to wear but it just ain't happening. If any plus size brides out there haven't gotten their wedding dress yet I'd be willing to sell it. I paid 1200 for it, I don't expect to get 1200 but hit me with your best offer. It is a size 28 dress. I am a 24 and it would've fit beautifully if not for the fact I have a high stomach. The measurements are Bust 49 waist 46 hips 56.5. I think I have have pictures of the dress in my album. The dress is in Ivory. I have pictures both of what was in the showroom and what I took on the hanger. I am in Ma. but I do come down to NY often or I would be willing to ship, you would just have to pay for shipping. Message me and let me know if you are interested

that's horrible that they gave you misleading info and advice. I hope you can sell it to get some money back

Me to. I'm trying Craigs list up here but I figured good ol' LIW someone would need a dress. Luckily I was able to get a new one.

i would try the 2012 board there might be some ladies on there that havent purchased a gown yet. its a beautiful dress you can always try selling on preownedweddingdresses.com or oncewed.com
