Wedding Dress Anxiety

So... tomorrow will be the first time I step into a dress shop to look for my wedding dress and I am having major anxiety about it. I am terrified that I will not be able to explain what I am looking for and I am even more terrified that it doesn't exist or is completely out of my budget!! I dont want to have a bad experience- I hate shopping on a good day and I am so nervous.

Any advice to calm me down?? lol

Don't worry! Just relax and enjoy it - don't let your emotions take over!

I literally tried on about 100 dresses my first appointment. Find out what you like!

i know how you feel I just went to my first appointment today. I found it helpful to look online first & save some photos to my phone so I could show them what I liked. I only tried on one dress that was above my budget and that was because I asked to try it on.

Definately pick out styles you like and what you don't like first it will be much less overwhelming.

don't stress. I never thought I'd find my dress & after 55+ dresses I found the one!

I think I'm most stressed about going dress shopping too, which is why I've been procrastinating. However, I have decided to try and let go, and just enjoy this experience. I've been looking at different styles online, and saving them on my phone, so that I'll have a starting point. Don't worry though, just try to enjoy this experience. My mom and sisters are so excited about this, that their enthusiasm is rubbing off on me a little.

I hate shopping too and am also budget conscious. It may take time to find the perfect dress, but it's out there and you will find it, so try not to be discouraged if it doesn't happen on the first try. Have fun and good luck today!

Just be VOCAL!! If you don't like a style make it known so they don't waste time pulling dresses of that style. Just relax, enjoy the process, try on as many as you need!
