I definitely wouldn't order any closer thank 8 months to the day. I think we ordered 9 months out. They told me my dress could take up to 9 months. ![]()
It was there in 2 months. I still wouldn't rick it too much though.
And it could happen- easily- that you find something you like better after your dress has already been ordered. I believe there were 3 2010 brides who walked down the aisle in a different dress than the one they originally ordered. The best advice I can give is make absolutely certain you love the dress before you buy it- try on all different styles so you know what's out there. And don't look at wedding dresses once you've purchased your own! And if, at any point, you feel like you aren't that crazy about your dress, go back to the store and try on the sample again and try to remember exactly what it was about the dress that you loved so much the first time around!
