Hi ladies!, my mom and I usually go dress shopping together but we live far away from each other now, so I was thinking about going by myself around where I live now. Have you gone dress shopping by yourself? I feel that if I go alone it may be a depressing experience, how was your experience?
I didn't go alone but one of my good friends did! She actually said she preferred it in some ways since she was able to concentrate on what SHE liked. She also face-timed with me and a few other friends during it, showing us her favorite dresses of her trip. I say go for it!!
I went for the first appt alone by b I wanted to but tere was a dress that I had to try on before any others and it wasn't by any of my friends or mom. Glad I did bc I would have always wondered about the dress. The experience was fine a lot of people were tere w people but my consultant said I was smart to see what I liked enforce a million other opinions. My moh and mom ce to the next 4 appt w me
I actually went alone on one of the 5 places I went to. It was actually not too bad. I was able to take pix and send it to my MOH for her opinion.
Im in the same position, so I went alone a couple of times. I didnt find it depressing. It was nice to figure out how I felt about a dress without seeing someone else's reaction. I figure any dress that I liked a lot I would bring my mom and sister to see when we were together.
