Wedding Dress Train Question

If I like a dress that has a shorter train than what I'm looking for, can a seamstress add to the train to make it longer?

Wedding Dress Train Question

I think that the dress can be ordered with a longer train. But if it can't, usually a seamstress can find similar material and add to it.

Wedding Dress Train Question

Im sure they can add to it. Especially if its plainer..but if it has a lot of detail it may be a little more difficult.

Wedding Dress Train Question

A good seamstress should be able to add anything but the cost will be high.

Wedding Dress Train Question

If you google the designer online a little you can usually find out what kind of modifications they can do (lengthen train, hollow to hem, add buttons, ect). I always check out RK Bridal online order forms when I'm curious lol

This. Ask your consultant if the designer can add a longer train for you. When I was trying on dresses, there were details of the dress that I wanted removed and the consultant was happy to call the designer for me and ask if it would be possible to do so.

Wedding Dress Train Question

I had something like 4 FT added to mine but it was during the ordering, not afterwards. Im sure it would depend on the dress.
