were going walking at the High school track - feel free to join :) we were supposed to go on Monday but it was crappy out so now we need to reschedule

I'm going to go to commack high school's track in about 20 minutes if anyone would care to join :)

i'm going to attempt to run a solid mile and walk the rest, i'm almost positive that i'll end up walking the entire thing lmao.

My walk/run was great! I ran 3/4 laps for a mile and then literally walked around at a nice slow pace for almost two hours LOL! my legs feel like jellyyyyy

now i'm working on abs and then passing the fruck out

tomorrow i'm working late but i can go around 8 if you're willing to wait that long i dont want to hold up your plans for the night though!
