Wedding Favor advice for Brides

Put names on your favors!!

I was married 5 months ago and I am finding out that some of my guests did not get wedding favors. Why???? Because some people took two!! I gave out heart shaped Mikasa wine stoppers with an American Flag in the heart. One per couple. I had a couple of singles and they of course received one too.

We had the favors placed on every other place setting.

I don't know about you but when I go to a wedding I believe it is understood that it is one favor per couple. What makes people think it is ok to take more than one? I feel so bad for those couples that didn't recieve a favor.

SO my suggestion to all the up coming brides is to put name tags on the favors. You can avoid this problem.

Yeah! OMG at my sister's wedding I had to go get mroe favors for people at the end because some people walked off with like, 5 of them!

How did you arrange how many favors would go on the tbale in the case of singles?

Thanks for the advice, I may do my votive placecards as favors also, so luckily the names will be on them already....Good Idea though..

How did you arrange how many favors would go on the tbale in the case of singles?

When you submit the final seating plan you tell them how many people at the table , and the number of favors. You also stipulate how you want the favors out on the tables.

There is also a master list of names for each table.
