hahaha! i know you!... congrats on your engagement! our favors are photo albums nice materialed ones with pressed leaves on it, and the front picture is the seating card, and in the first photo pocket is our engagement portrait

We are doing a donation to the Hospice place that cared for FH's father. With it we are doing little pumpkin wicker baskets full of Hershey kisses in the fall-colored foil.

We got large jar candles from AC Moore, they cost under $3 they ere on sale but the same size as the large yankee candles.
The lables came right off so we added our own lable, everybody loved them, we got nothing but complements. They smelled awesome too. Our colors were green and white, So i got green and white candles, coconut and pear.
Good luck with what ever you decide :)

We are doing the glass LOVE coasters as favors and then as the guest walk out, I have Lindt truffles wrapped in tulle being handed out

We gave a donation to the American Heart Association and gave our guests chocolate lollipops.
I actually just got it this weekend. A set of 4 wine glasses per person from Lenox. They were on clearance and we got a great price on them.

Some weddings that I have been to use homemade CDs as well as a donation to the cancer society, ms, etc. I think donations are great especially if you know someone that has a disease

We're giving a donation to either Breastcancer.org or Meghan's Pansies: A Special Fund of the Adelphi Breast Cancer. Both of our mother are surviors, so we feel it would be a wonderful way to honor them.

we did a donation to the lance armstrnog cancer fund, since my dad is a cancer survivor, and DH and i both have people in our families who battled cancer. we gave each guest a yellow livestrong bracelet with a card tied to it explaining the donation.... ETA: that we got so many compliments on it, AND even more than a year later, we still see our guests wearing the bracelets- you cant' say that about many other favors...
