Thanks Laura I was thinking about the grooms cake the only thing is that our rehearsal is on wed so if we dont eat it on wed and thursday it will go to waste wedding is friday and we leave for honeymoon on sunday. I keep going back to it but I am not sure what to do.

I did a pocket watch with his initals. DH doesn't do jewlery or wathes but this is something that he can pass on to our children on their wedding day. It's like starting a family heirloom!
I bought a cool book from Barnes called 'What I love about you'...It is filled with questions and stuff that I have to answer and write about him..Places for pics etc... I know he will love it... It is actually fun to do... It is making me reflect on our relationship.. I am sentimental and he is too so it is good for us. I plan to get him something else too, but haven't decided what it will be.

I got FH Rangers cufflinks for the wedding day. He's a HUGE Rangers fan. He doesn't dress up that much (he's an electrican) so a watch or anything he would never wear. I figured it's something he'll wear on the wedding day.
I got him a lighter engraved with one of our e-pics and our wedding date on it
Since we are paying for the wedding ourselves, we decided not to spend extra money on wedding gifts to eachother- our rings will be our gift. Also one less I need to have on my to-do list!

I did bpics and a groom's cake for the RD. After the wedding, I told him that I almost bought him a new watch and would he rather have had that instead......his response: 'A watch or nudey pics of you.......hmmmmmm hard choice'![]()

B-pics, a grooms cake for the RD and I'm thinking about getting him a new grill or possibly a puppy.
b-pics album and a watch are the main gifts and then i got a custom hanger for his tux (that im making his mom switch for me) and a mets/jets garter....
