Ok, I am at a loss of what to get FH. He has a watch, won't wear cufflinks, doesn't wear jewelry. He doens't want 'just' electronics for the gift if I were to get him something that route. HELP!!!!

What about a video camera? You can record a little message to him and give it to him the morning of....
Plus then you can have your memories on tape forever......

I got FH something engraved with our names and wedding date for his bar (he's really into mixing drinks and entertaining, so it fits him well).
To be honest tho....I have a feeling he wont get me anything for that morning

I think thats a good idea. No one says that what you give as a wedding day gift has to be used on the wedding day. If you know he wants the video camera and he'd be psyched to get it -- give it to him!
