Wedding Gift for Fiance

I'm stumped for a wedding gift for my fiance. He already has his cufflinks so that's out. He has several nice watches, one of them was his grandpa's so the sentimental watch idea is already done.
Suggestions????

FH and i are going to pick out a flat screen tv for our future living room together...probably like a 42in or something and that is going to be our present to each other.........something for our home.

I registered for Gordan Ramsey cookware - is there a particular chef he likes or perhaps sign him up for paid cooking classes?
