Wedding Gifts

should guests who were invited to a wedding but unable to attend still send gifts?? i always have, but i've also heard otherwise...

I don't think they're technically required to... Unless they're immediate family... then I'd expect a gift. If it's just a friend or associate, kiss it goodbye... if it's Uncle Fred who can't make it because he pulled his back, he better send something my way, because he knows I'll be sending him a get-well card at the very least!
