hmm .. I am 4'11 and about 110 pds and I got a dropped waist trumpet gown. I wanted a mermaid but by the time they altered the length it wouldnt have been a mermaid anymore!![]()

look in my album for my gown... and some others i tried.... i went for a sheath... im 5'2, about 110 but all my weight is in my hips/thighs and butt![]()
i think trumpet/mermaids look best with someone who is thin with curves - basically someone with a nice booty and a thin waist.....i dont like the way it looks on girls that are heavier or that are too narrow...you say you are narrow but you might not be that narrow - or the dress type may make you look curvier than you really are - so you should just try on everything.....im 5'0 and 95 lbs, im very petite but i have a 10inch difference between my waist and hips so i have some curve going on - i think that mermaid/trumpets gowns were super flattering on me but i ended up getting an a line with pick ups just b/c the mermaid/trumpet gowns didnt make me feel like a 'bride' - so just try on anything you like and take it from there....

I love how the dresses fit you. You have that “hourglass” shape. I’m more like a ruler and I hate it. I would love a dress that makes me have curves.
I thought that the wedding dress was going to be the easiest thing about the wedding....... I was so wrong!
