Wedding Gown Alteration

I have a huge dilema and if anyone can help I would appreciate it!!
I purchased my wedding gown from RK and it should be arriving the first week of July. The dilema is that I might be moving out of NY in mid-July. Since the wedding is here in NY in Oct, I want to keep the dress here in NY. The problem is getting fitted. I need someone whose schedule is flexible - I should be flying back to NY - but not sure of my schedule yet. RK will NOT be able to accommodate my schedule. Does anyone know of a seamstress that can accommodate me?!?! TIA

Where will you be? I went to someone who did the alterations in her home, and she was very flexible. She is in Islip Terrace.

Oh, I guess that would be helpful if I gave my location!! I'm in the Bayside area.. but I can travel out to Long Island as long as it's not too far. Do you recommend her? I need someone who's experienced with wedding gowns. Thanks!!
