Any recommendations for a person who can alter wedding dresses? I bought my wedding dress and I REALLY dont want it altered at the place I bought it at.

are you having a lot done? I just need it shortened I think. I am concerned about the price of alterations.

I am having all of my alterations done there. Taking in the bodice, my bustle and cups sewn in and a pressing. I think the total is about $225-250. I don't know what it would be for just a hem. I am sure if you call, she can ballpark a price for you. The number is 244-0414.
ETA - When I first brought the dress there, I thought it was fitting pretty good. But after I put it on, she pulled it in and I saw for the first time how poorly it was fitting to begin with.
