Wedding gown help!!

Wedding gown help!!

Ladies,

I don't post on here often because I can't during work, but I'm a bit desperate today. I think I found my wedding gown!! I'm sort of freaking out though, because it was TOO easy. Does that sound terrible? It is a good price, a beautiful dress, and I feel completely beautiful in it, I mean it is really perfect - but I only looked three places and I'm sort of afraid I'm going to regret not shopping more...

Has anyone else had this happen??

Thank you!

I found my dress at the first stop I made along the way and I had no regrets! It was a dress that was so me, the price was perfect, so I bought then and there!

If this is the one, then do it and get it!

I tried on 4 dresses and found mine in less than an hour. Don't stress about it. If you get that 'aha' moment when you put it on and love it, then no worries.

I went to a whole bunch of places before I found 'the dress.' It ended up being one of the cheapest I tried on, and it was a different style than I originally wanted, but it felt perfect and made me cry! It was the second to last dress I tried, so it took me a bit longer. But I don't think the amount of dresses you try has anything to do with finding the right one. For some brides, it is the first one they try!

You can try on more dresses, and if you have the time you don't have to order it just yet. But dress shopping is stressful and exhausting. If you found it, go with it!

You know in your heart when the dress is 'the one'.
I found mine at the first salon I went to, after trying on about 5 dresses. I still went to other places to look because I had made several appointments, but came back for 'the dress'.

Somethings in life can be easy.

Same thing with me. I went to tons of stores but wasn't sure what I was looking for. Then my dress was completely the one I wasn't looking for. I thought I wanted something different. But when I tried it on, I just knew!!!!

My mother nearly started crying when I tried it on, we both looked at each other than nodded. I started calling around for pricing and bought it about a week later (which was last week)!!!!

You know when you have found 'the dress.' If this is 'the one' go for it!

Sometimes it is easy! I went to 2 shops on one day and found my dress in the second shop! It was exactly what I had picked out in a magazine--which is what I heard usually doesn't happen. CONGRATS, when you know you know!

It sounds like you already know. However, if you think you will still wonder about it, I would visit more stores and see what else is out there. If nothing can top the one you have in mind now, then you can confirm its the one. theres nothing better than a little peace of mind. good luck!

Grats! You are very lucky to find your dress so quickly.

I've always wanted to wear Vera Wang (everyone in my family knows that) but I made an appointment with Kleinfeld (my mom & I went). It was my 1st & the only bridal place I went to. We were not expecting to buy that day (Lol my mom did not even have her charge cards/checks with her) we were just going to 'look' around but we both fell in love with the very first dress I've tried on. It just went downhill from there...j/k

I feel so guilty afterwards (I also feel cheated that I did not go through that experience of 'searching' for that perfect dress). I had my what IF's moments but looking back now I am just glad my dress search is over & painless because I had a million & one things I needed to do

No, if you love the dress than you are a lucky one.

I went to only 1 store and tried on about 10 dresses and bought the 3rd one I tired on.

I loved my dress and i never regretted not going to another store.

Don't question it! Just do it!

Re: Wedding gown help!!

you don't have to shop at 10 places and try on 100 dresses to find 'the one'. if you found it, go for it

i went to one shop, and my gown was the 9th one i tried on that day. when you know...you know!

I would still wait till the end of the month and go to more places and try on more gowns. I am one for making sure everything is covered when it came to gowns. My dress that I had picked was the second day of shopping and I loved it but i knew i should keep looking since i didn't cry or feel like oh my god in it. After trying on more gowns for a full month i realized i kept going back to that one . .. then waited even longer to order it.

I would verify if it will be discontinued though and not wait too long on that since the new gowns should be out soon.

I understand what you mean by 'it was too easy' I found my dress in the first store. Since then I have panicked from time to time that maybe I should have searched more but when I think about me in my dress I know I made the right decisions. Be happy that this part came easy for you.

I got my dress at the first store I went to in two hours - it was the easiest part of the whole planning process!
