Wedding Gowns-----Help

Kleinfeld's in Brooklyn is where I got my dress. They are at bit expensive, their least expensive dress is $1100 (which is what they tell you when you make the appointment). However, when I priced my dress through RK Bridal, my dress would only be $300 cheaper (for me, that isn't a big deal, but I know that may be a big deal for some).
I know you had Spin Around Sound as your DJ. How were they? I have read mixed reviews on the board but wanted to hear from someone who actually used them. We are still searching. Thanks, and congratulations!

I have purchased my dress & BM dresses through Bonaventure in Garden City. They have a range of prices. Also if your BM get their dresses there, you get 10% off yours. If you get tuxes there, the BM's get 10% off theirs. They have been nothing but nice to me, even loaning us a dress to see if it works for my FMIL (she is not well and it is hard to get her to a shop and trying stuff on).

I am thrilled with the service I have received from Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. I had a picture of a dress that I was unable to try on because no one on Long Island had it, and I was ready to just order it. However, when I went there, Maryellen pulled out a couple of dresses for me just to try, and the first one I put on was THE one!!

Also, Gina and Heather proved extremely helpful with the bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses. Maryellen was off that day.

Cynthia, please stop soliciting!

ARGH! I called them last night and they basically said, oh yeah its not up. Hmm... well we may be able to pull it out of storage. Take a look in three days and maybe it will be up again. Otherwise call again.

cynthia's post sounds more like a joke than a real solicitation. I have been to Bridal Suite of Bay Shore, and they have been great. I don't know everyone there, but can honestly say Gina, Heather and Maryellen have been great in helping me and my bridesmaids.

I would not take cynthia's post as a serious bid for business, because obviously that is no way to go about it and she may not even be a real representative of the shop!
