I TOTALLY do NOT recommend them. They did the pictures for the wedding. The pictures came out real well. The experience was great on the day of the wedding. Our pricing was excellent.
However the experience after the fact was horrendous. It took too long to get the thank you cards. When they did get them to us (months after the fact), they only had half. They didn't follow the directions for the thank you cards. They goofed up our engagement shoot. Always the photography remained good but it was just very horrible customer service. The album took forever as well.
They did not get us the digital negatives to us in a timely fashion.
They have three offices: Manhattan, Queens, and NJ. From what I hear, the Queens office (where I went) is the worst of the lot. The NJ and Manhattan offices seem to have their acts together.

I went with the Queens office and so far so good....
I have 2 girlfriends that went with them and had great experience with them before, during and after.
