Wedding Guest List - Vent

So I am entering all the addresses into excel for the invitation lady. FH has 20 people on the list that he does not know or has not seen or spoken to since he was a child. He is 40 years old and this is his 2nd wedding. His mom is adding these people that will probably not come, he said it out of respect. I asked him 'who are we respecting!?!' and if your mom wants these invites to go to these people, she has to pay for it. As of all you can imagine that went over well. Thanks for letting me vent.
