After we finish booking all of our vendors we will be purchasing wedding insurance. I think it is the smart thing to do for a Feb wedding, plus it will give me piece of mind ![]()

We are seriously looking into it as we have a mid February wedding and snow scares the bejeezus out of me. I want everyone to be safe.

Nope, never even crossed my mind...My thinking is, no matter what the weather is, we will get there or no matter what the circumstances are, my wedding will go on ![]()

And I'll be there!!! hehe.. I didn't think of purchasing insurance for the wedding either.. Anything that comes, there will still be a wedding.

I really think that it depends on when your getting married - I am not overly worried about it ...I am the 2nd weekend in December but its crossed my mind ...I might!

I don't think we're going to. It's not really necessary for our time of year. Even if a hurricane hits I'll still walk down the aisle, it'll just have to be inside is all!! ![]()

I didn't even know of this until I started on LIW. I don't think we will be purchasing, but I plan on bringing it up to FI anyway.

I never knew about wedding insurance till this site but I don't think I have to worry with my time of year then again if you remember the blizzard we had in January that was the day of ym daughters christenign and I still ahd it basically everyone showed up to the party except for a few of my relatives that lived in jersey and upstate but other then that everyone else showed up so I wouldn't worry

we are considering it but so far all of our vendors have been very good with their policies regarding weather so i'm thinking about taking them on their word - its in our contracts. But insurance is probably the safest thing and smartest.
