Wedding Menus

Hey Girls.

I would like to have menus to place at each table setting at the reception. Do any of you know of any sites that have them? I did a search and did not have much luck.

Any ideas!!!!

Re: Wedding Menus

I am having my calligrapher do mine. I should have them in a week or so to post an image. They are a 1/2 page in length and have our monogram (first names, not last) at the top. I listed the first course, salad, entree selections and dessert.

Re: Wedding Menus

www.bloomingquill.com
Debi is the women's name.
You can do them yourself, but I just need more time in the day so I asked her to do them for me.
It is not very expensive. $20 for printing, $15ish for the paper (she supplies a nice heavy cardstock) and I think $40 for the design- but I could be quoted a price higher than she charges. She did my invite design, my program cover, addressed envelopes and now the menus so I get confused what cost what. Just e-mail her. She is WONDERFUL to work!

Re: Wedding Menus

It is so easy to design and print your own menus on your computer. Just buy some nice card stock for example. What I did was buy handmade paper that has pine needles pressed into the paper (coordinates with my x-mas theme) and then printed the menu choices on vellum as an overlay to the handmade paper. I attached the vellum to the pine paper with the black photo corners you use in photo albums. Then I bought some easels at Ikea and bamm...cheap menus!

Re: Wedding Menus

ddunne, since you had them on easels, did you have 1 per table or one per couple?

Re: Wedding Menus

ddunne23 - They sound perfect!

I did mine myself too, along with my placecards and programs. I used two coordinating papers, typed everything up in Word and printed them. It was fun and cost me a total of about $40.00 in supplies.

Re: Wedding Menus

Thanks girls!!!!!

I did think of doing them myself, but as Michelle says, there are not enough hours in the day sometime. Though my wedding is next year everyday you are planning something else.

Keep the ideas coming, I think everyone can benefit. Also if anyone has already done this and have them available would they mind posting pics?
