Wedding Nails - Long Island Weddings

I'm trying to decide the same thing! I'm definitely doing a gel manicure cause my nail start chipping like 2 hours after a regular manicure. I'm not a huge fan of french manicure but plain polish seems so, well, plain.... Any ideas?

Regular french - we're not going on our HM right away but I always get a gel manicure before a vacation. They're awesome!

i will do gel manicure as usual ... most likely in a fun color. i don't like french manicures.

My salon has a gel manicure color that is a very pale pink (like an Esse Mademoiselle/Ballet Slippers color) with a very very slight shimmer. I got it one time and my mom told me it was perfect for a bridal manicure.

I have acrylics so I'm gonna do a glittery white tip. makes my nails look fancy and lasts over a month :)

I did a permanent french. I hated it, and wanted to rip them off while on my honeymoon, but they looked great in the pictures.

I did a French gel manicure and I had them put a little ring on the nail of my ring finger-I saw it on pinterest. Below is the link to a picture. I was obsessed with it and the manicure lasted 3 weeks!

I have never had gel, does it just strengthen your nail? How much does it cost? I have been getting regular mani's and haven't had a chipping problem (they start to chip on day 5)

I love this!

Whats also great about it... if you bring your own colors (or have a matching glitter color) and the tips just happen to crack... you can just do a small touch up of the glitter yourself!
