Wedding Night

I don't know if this has been asked before but....

Is there anywhere in Nassau county that anyone can recommend for the night of the wedding? We are getting married in Massapequa but living in East Meadow.

What about staying at the same hotel as the OOT guests?

Everyone seems to rave about the Garden City Hotel

If you're looking for a nice hotel, I would suggest the Marriot by the Collesium, or the Sheraton/Marriot/Holiday Inn in Plainview. Or there's also the Huntington Hilton and the Melville Marriot. There isn't really anything that nice inbetween the 2 towns. (I live in Massapequa) There's a Best Western but I wouldn't reccommend it.

We have the grand bridal suite at la quinta which is the same hotel as our OOT guests will be staying in. If you want something fancy, I say the Garden City Hotel.

me too! well, i don't live in EM anymore but my parents do and i'll be getting ready there. we just started looking into this. we might do garden city hotel or the marriott in uniondale. We're having a day wedding so we're trying to figure out an after party and a hotel where his friends can stay. I wanted to go into the city originally and go out and stay at the Ritz but i think it's just too inconvenient and probably $$$ for everyone.

I'm glad someone said that about the best western - I wasn't sure if it was any good.

Hey there cousin-to-be

We are staying at the Four Points Sheraton in Plainview. . .its really nice and rates weren't that bad. We blocked out rooms for our OOT guests there too.

The Bridal Suite is nice and they have a nice lobby bar that stays open til 2am, 4am if you pay $150 bucks or something.
