Did you girls visit different hotels before booking them for the night of your wedding? How early should you book?

We went to 3 hotels before we booked one. We really went to be sure that the guest rooms were nice since we're doing a hotel block because we have so many OOT guests.
We booked 2 weeks ago and we're getting married next November. I needed to give my out of the country guests the heads up.

i also went to three hotels. i blocked rooms at least 5 months ago.

We looked @ 3 hotels and we booked ours about 3wks ago and our Wedding is in April

I checked out a couple of hotels before I booked. I booked a year in advance so I could send out hotel info with my STD's

Thanks girls, I am really wondering about your reservation for you and FH and where you plan on staying for the night of your wedding. We booked a hotel for the OOTers but we are not staying in the same hotel as them. I was wondering really if they let you see the honeymoon suite beforehand
