Wedding night room-Queens or NYC?

I am looking for somewhere to stay the night of our wedding....something honeymoonish?? In Queens of NYC....we are are getting married at CHCC but are taking a vintage car ride home that night and wanted to enjoy it as long as we can...we also live in QNS so we wanted an easier commute to our place the next day

We would stay at our own place his parents will be here from out of town....yikes...

We are getting married at Leonards in Great Neck and our honeymoon suite for after the wedding will be at the Inn at Great Neck. I saw the room and it's quite large and elegant, plus it has a jacuzzi. The hotel itself is very pretty (art deco decor). A bit further down the road in Great neck there's also the Andrew Hotel, too.

If you want to stay at a hotel in Queens, you might want to look at the hotels right next to LaGuardia...we actually saw the honeymoon suite at the Crowne Plaza...it was nice, but too big for us (living room, master bedroom, half bath in living room and terrace). The other major chain hotels at the airport will probably have something like that, too.

I second Inn At Great Neck, its a fantastic hotel. We used to for all of our OOT guests, and we stayed there as well.

If you're willing to venture into the city, how about The W Hotel - The Court? We'll be taking a car out from Westbury Manor to this hotel the night of and then a train back the next day to our place in Queens. I've attached a link to some info if you are interested. Very trendy and chic place!
