We used the GCH - I don't know much about the Wingate, but it seems like people have had mixed experiences at the Inn at Fox Hollow. One tip - I just booked a regular room at GCH (not the wedding night package) - for us, that made more sense - a lot less money, and we were leaving for our HM the next day.

If I had the $ I would stay at the Fox Hollow Inn, I think it's beautiful

the fox hollow inn is beautiful. the rooms are gorgeous and so far they haven't been a problem. they have been very accomodating to me, and have always been helpful. i can't wait to stay there on my wedding night.

DH and I stayed at the Garden City Hotel and while the room was beautiful, we didn't have a great experience. The toilet got clogged and DH had to call someone at 3AM, and then again at 6AM. We were charged $20 for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Finally, we called to have our bags picked up and we waited 45 minutes, at which point we grabbed all of our stuff, my gown, his tux, clothing, our gifts, etc and went to check out.

To their credit, they waved the breakfast charge.

Don't know about the other places.

I plan to stay at the Fox Hollow. It is so pretty and new, and the bridal suite is nice. They put rose petals on the bed, and give you a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Very romantic!

We stayed at the GCH and had the most amazing experience. We had the huge suite and in the room when we arrived was a fruit basket, chocolate covered strawberries, a cheese plate with crackers, Don Perion (sp), a bottle of red wine, juices. The room was huge and beautiful...I could have lived there. We got the complimentary breakfast the next morning for room service and it was yummy.

My grandparents are best friends with the Melkin's who own the hotel...so we got a great rate!!

I seriously considered the Wingate, and the bridal suite is HUGE!!!!! The price is better than the GCH, which I did call. I was going to book the Wingate and went to look at the rooms, but then realized that the Roslyn Claremont was going to be much more convenient- right near the reception hall and the photographer. I did block rooms at the wingate, though. I say since it is a nice room, save the extra cash for the honeymoon. I mean, how long are you even going to be in that room? I think the bridal package at the Wingate also includes a late check out

My vote went for the GCH. I love it there! We stay there every Valentines day! The staff is so great! I have never stayed at the others so it’s not a comparison but I do here great things about the Fox Hollow!
