Wedding Officiant

I am looking for someone that will officiate my wedding and I was wondering if anyone knows of any catholic priests that do go off site that also do pre marital counselling I will take any priest as long as it isn't a reverend or a justice of the peace..

Father Joe DeVincenzo! He's amazing. FH wanted a ceremony in a Catholic Church but my family isn't religious, and he was a perfect compromise! His office number is 631-846-6233.
