Wedding Officiant

I was helped tremendously when asked for DJ advice. I'm coming to the LIWeddings community again. We are having our ceremony at Fox Hollow and are looking for an officiant or 2. I was raised Jewish and my fiancee was raised Christian. My parents want a Rabbi while his mom wants a Minister. In order to maintain the peace, we decided that we must have 2 officiants, despite the double cost. If anyone has feedback on a Rabbi/Minister pair who will perform a ceremony on a Saturday afternoon, please let us know!!
