hI. I got engaged in March and was planning to get married 2013. that all changed since we are buying a house now. our house will be ready in Oct. 2012 and that is why i was thinking of getting married right away. the house is taking all our money so a very small 40ppl wedding with a small budget is what i was looking for. i was hoping for a house that i could rent for the day. any idea? any restaurants with a water view? Any Vendor will be pricey i think.

my friend had her wedding at the prospect park picnic house and i think they just paid a site fee and catering

Thank you for your recommendations. We had problems with our house permits and its sad to say that we are STILL under construction and living with our parents for now. I just started looking for somewhere on a budget for my small wedding . I'm thinking in May now since that's when I'm hoping the house will be done. Please let me know if anyone else could help or give me ideas since I'm lost at this point. I was thinking of a Sunday brunch wedding to save as well . Thank you again for your help :) :)
