Just got back from Barnes and Noble and was so confused by all of the different wedding organizers. I don't necessarily think 'the bigger the organizer, the better.' Just wanted to check in before I spent $$ on something that is bulky and not helpful.
I was just wondering if any of you had any tips on what organizer worked for you!!
Thanks in advance!

I just use a 3-ring binder, printed section dividers and plastic sleeves! Best organizer ever!!
There is nothing in those books that you can't get from this site (or anywhere else online). Don't spend your money. I just put all my ideas, photos, contacts, swatches, samples, etc in the binder, and as I change my mind on things, it is so easy to replace.
that is excatly what i did and it`s workin out great! included some loose leaf for writing down ideas too!

I use the one that JC Penny gives you for free when you register with them. It's sooooo nice. I love it!

Re: Wedding Organizer
A friend of mine bought an organizer for me when i got engaged. I started using it but then it turned out it wasn't working for me. I ended up taking a box of plastic sleeves from work lol and using the binder she gave me. took out all the paper, lists and whatever the binder included and just used dividers and pictures in the plastic sleeves. its so much easier to look at and less cumbersome!

Re: Wedding Organizer
Lol, when I started planning my wedding I was so excited that I ended up buying 2 organizers. Now, I am just using a binder (got from the office) & my computer (I find it easier to update everything in my computer) & my cell to remind me of my appointments.

Re: Wedding Organizer
I have the Martha Stewart one but I got it as a gift. Its extremely helpful to me, But I say don't go crazy and spend so much money on it!! Buy a binder with folders inside, label each individually and its the samething!

Re: Wedding Organizer
I use a plastic expanding file folder pocket that I bout at Staples , with clear sleeves for separating the various topics. There is a steno pad in my handbag so I can write down the million ideas that pop into my head, and the million other ideas I get from LIW.
That goes into a tote bag when I need to carry it around.

Re: Wedding Organizer
I was given a wedding organizer when we first got engaged, but never used it.
I use a 3-ring binder, some dividers and sheet protectors--cheap and easy!

Re: Wedding Organizer
I have the free one from State Farm and the Martha Stewart one... I love the Martha Stewart one (it's a binder, too) - but I don't use it as much as I could have. It's great for storing information, etc., but most of our contracts and things I keep in our filing cabinet instead.
