Wedding Packages
How does everyone feel about wedding packages? I know East Wind has one that includes everything from music to limos for a great price. I'm just worried that for the amount of stuff you get for a deal, the quality may suffer. Anyone have any experience working with a 'package deal' from their venue?TIA

Wedding Packages
My brother and FSIL booked the Cottage at East Wind a couple of months ago and so far they have loved it. They offer at least 2 choices for each vendor (they are all reputable vendors). My mom got re-married at the Mediterranean Manor which was also a package deal and the food was really good. The limos were new and clean. I actually booked her dj for my wedding because I liked them so much too.

It's a great deal! That's what lured us to go look at East Wind. We weren't crazy about the inside of The Cottage and the other rooms are actually much more reasonably priced than we had anticipated so we went with The Estate. From what I'm hearing, you can't go wrong with East Wind, the food and service are impeccable. I can't wait for our wedding, only 402 days to go!Good luck!

This! The Cottage is very close to 25A, the inn and the estate are set back farther.

I just booked at the cottage last month and I think it's a great deal. If you are looking to have a smaller wedding around 100 people then you can't go wrong. I went to last bridal showcase. The food is great and the East Wind feeling is amazing. I love it there. With the cottage, you are separate from the main estate so its more personalized. The DJ Vendors are LI Sound and Tommy Tunes and for photography/videographer ADA Studios and Marco Photography. I did alot of research before we booked and it is definitely worth the money. Good luck!
