Is anyone else NOT having their wedding party introduced into the reception? Just wondering, b/c I don't really think I want to do this.

Re: Wedding Party Introductions
The only people being introduced are me and FH. I think it is so cheesy to do the whole bridal party intros. ESPECIALLY when the DJ goes over-the-top, IMO. In fact, I'd rather the DJ say as little as possible.

Re: Wedding Party Introductions
I like the intros for family who are coming in from out of town and moght not know my best friend and others from fiancee's family. I am for the intros and totally against the bridge. We also are doing our first dance as hubby and wife then have everyone else dance with us...not the bridal party dance, more relaxed so people can dance with whomever. Good Luck!

Re: Wedding Party Introductions
the bridge they are talking about is when the bridal party gets introduced the girls stand on one side and hold up their BoK's and the guys stand on the other side and hold up their arms and the bride and groom walk through.
I like the intro's but I'm not big on the bridge either.
